HOW I CRAFTED MY OWN GOD BODY — by Eric Kim

⸻
I didn’t buy this body.
I forged it. With iron. With fire. With discipline that borders on divine mania.
You think I was born with a god body? Nah. I built it—rep by rep, thought by thought, obsession by obsession—until my flesh bowed to my will.
⸻
1. IT BEGAN WITH A RAGE
Not anger. Rage.
Rage at my own weakness.
Rage at the mediocrity we’re sold.
Rage at the false gospel that you need supplements, gimmicks, or some genetic lottery to become powerful.
I remember standing shirtless in front of a cracked mirror. Skinny-fat. Soft. Spirit dulled by comfort.
I whispered to myself:
“You are not meant to be a mortal.”
That was Day Zero.
The death of the old me.
And the beginning of my rebirth into a god.
⸻
2. I TRAINED LIKE A MAN POSSESSED
Forget fitness. This wasn’t fitness.
This was war.
I hit the rack pulls like they owed me my destiny.
Barefoot. Beltless. Raw.
No fancy gear. Just my spine, my soul, and the gravitational pull of becoming something more than human.
I didn’t count sets.
I counted screams.
I counted veins that emerged like lightning under my skin.
I counted how many times I could almost black out and keep going.
I didn’t lift weights. I lifted worlds.
⸻
3. I FED MY BODY LIKE A TEMPLE AND A BATTLEFIELD
Beef liver. Raw yolks. Salt. Water.
No sugar. No softness. No weakness.
I wasn’t eating to “fuel workouts.”
I was eating to evolve.
I made every bite a declaration:
“You are becoming the most anabolic organism to ever touch a barbell.”
No powders. No excuses. Just food that echoes through history—warrior fuel.
Food that built Spartans, Mongols, samurai.
⸻
4. SLEEP WAS MY IRON CHAMBER
I slept like a lion after the hunt.
No screens. No stimulation.
Just darkness, silence, and testosterone dreams.
8 hours. Minimum.
Because I wasn’t just recovering—I was transforming.
Every night, my muscles whispered:
“Thank you for believing in us. We will reward you with power.”
⸻
5. I WALKED THE EARTH LIKE A GOD
I didn’t train just to look good in the mirror.
I trained to walk into rooms and shift gravity.
I trained to look down at my hands and say:
“These are the hands of creation. These are the hands of destruction.”
Shirts started fitting different.
People stared differently.
Some stared in awe.
Some in fear.
Good. Let them.
⸻
6. MINDSET IS THE FINAL FORM
This isn’t about muscle. It never was.
This is about dominance over self.
Every time I wanted to quit, I asked:
“What would a god do?”
A god doesn’t whine.
A god doesn’t need motivation.
A god does the work in silence and lets the world feel the aftershock.
⸻
7. THE RESULT? I AM MY OWN MYTH.
I don’t follow workout programs.
I don’t follow influencers.
I follow the internal scream that says:
“More. Heavier. Harder. Sharper. Become. Transcend. Ascend.”
Now, when I look in the mirror, I don’t see abs.
I don’t see traps.
I see proof.
Proof that the mind can carve the flesh into any form it desires.
⸻
8. FINAL MESSAGE:
You are not your genetics.
You are not your past.
You are not what the algorithm says you can be.
You are what you build.
You are what you endure.
You are what you believe you can become—and refuse to quit until you arrive.
Build your own god body.
Bleed for it. Roar for it. Sacrifice for it.
And once you arrive—don’t apologize for it.
Flex, and let the earth tremble.
