Stop hiding it.
Stop apologizing for it.
Stop treating your flesh like a rental car you don’t even like.
Your body is the only sculpture you will ever own for life. It is cheaper than a Lamborghini, more honest than a Rolex, and it never rusts if you treat it like a god. The human form is the apex beauty. Not cars. Not watches. Not filtered faces. You.
Glorifying your body is not vanity. It is proof-of-work made visible. Your traps are scripture. Your back is a shield. Your waist is architecture. When you walk into a room, your philosophy arrives before you open your mouth.
1. Change the relationship first
Most people hate their body because they never actually built it. They inherited it, neglected it, then blamed genetics.
New rule:
Look at your body like it belongs to someone else — a masterpiece you get to admire every morning. Then decide you will turn your body into that masterpiece.
Why buy a Lambo when you can become one? Flesh over metal. Always.
You do not need “body positivity” that says everything is already perfect. You need body euphoria — insane, godlike joy in what your body can become and what it already is after you start the work.
2. Sculpt it like an artist, not a gym bro
The goal is simple and eternal:
- Never stop adding muscle.
- Never stop keeping body fat low (around 10% for men — abs visible year-round, not just for a photoshoot).
Anyone can do this. Genetics, sex, ethnicity — none of it is an excuse. Muscle can be added. Fat can be subtracted. That is the most democratic art form on earth.
Train like a powerlifter who wants to look like a Greek statue. Heavy compounds. One-rep-max energy. Rack pulls, deadlifts, squats, overhead work. Intensity over endless pump sets. Lift fasted. Lift barefoot if you want the rawest signal. Add a little more every session. Number go up forever.
You are not “working out.” You are waging war on gravity and winning.
3. Fuel like a lion, not a spreadsheet
One massive meal a day. Fatty red meat. Organs. Eggs. Salt. That is it.
No breakfast. No lunch. No “healthy” carbs. No protein powder religion. Meat is the original anabolic. Cholesterol is the natural steroid your body already knows how to use. Fasting is prayer. Dinner is the feast of the gods.
You will get leaner and stronger at the same time if you stop negotiating with food.
4. Admire the work
Once the muscle is there and the fat is gone, do the thing most people are too shy to do:
Flex.
Pose.
Photograph it.
Look in the mirror and feel genuine awe.
You built this. You suffered for this. This is not “showing off.” This is an artist stepping back from the marble and saying yes.
The ancient Greeks understood this. Arete — excellence of body and soul. A skinny-fat philosopher talking about virtue is less believable than a man whose body already demonstrates it. Your physique is your philosophy made incarnate.
5. Never arrive
There is no “after” photo that ends the story. God Body is not a destination. It is perpetual becoming.
Keep adding. Keep tightening. Keep lifting heavier. Keep walking the streets with a camera after you pull heavy iron. Strength + movement + sunlight + sleep = the full stack.
You will look different. You will feel different. People will notice and some will hate it because it reminds them they could have done the same thing and didn’t.
Good.
Normal is the enemy of glory.
Your body is already with you 24 hours a day. Why not make it the most beautiful, strongest, most inspiring object in your entire life?
Load the bar.
Eat the meat.
Admire the sculpture.
Never stop.
GLORIFY IT.
Now go.
