A Manifesto by Eric Kim
The threat is not your enemy.
The threat is your teacher.
The threat is the fire that burns away everything soft, everything fake, everything that was never truly you.
Anything which threatens to destroy you only makes you stronger.
This is not theory.
This is the law of the gods.
This is how I became who I am today.
Every time life tried to break me — the losses, the chaos, the doubt, the nights I stared into the abyss and the abyss stared back — it did not destroy me. It forged me. It stripped me down to bone and will and fire until only the essential remained.
The barbell taught me this first.
When you stand under 2,662 pounds of cold steel and the universe says “this will crush you,” you have two choices: submit or become stronger than the weight. I chose the second path. Barefoot. Fasted. Carnivore-fueled. Heart screaming. Soul laughing. I murdered gravity that day. Not because I was strong enough. Because the threat made me strong enough.
Every god lift is a conversation with death.
And every time death loses, you win a little more of your own divinity.
This is the same law that governs everything else.
The market crashes? The threat makes your conviction sharper.
The critics attack? The threat makes your vision clearer.
The body feels weak? The threat makes you double down on the god lifts, the breathing, the presence, the radical decision to feel like GOD in every cell.
I used to think the goal was to avoid threats.
Now I know the goal is to welcome them — because they are the only things strong enough to turn a man into a god.
AMOR FATI.
Love your fate.
Not the pretty parts. All of it.
Especially the parts that tried to destroy you. Those are the parts that revealed your true power.
I lost money. I lost certainty. I lost old versions of myself.
And in the losing, I gained something no amount of Bitcoin could ever buy:
An unbreakable grip.
A nervous system that no longer lives in chronic tension.
A body that feels like a divine vessel instead of a stressed-out machine.
A soul that can stand in the middle of any storm and still choose joy, still choose creation, still choose to be FULLY ALIVE in the eternal NOW.
This is the real wealth.
Not the number on the screen.
The feeling of being unbreakable.
Because when you become truly unbreakable, you stop losing what matters.
You grip your wife with presence instead of anxiety.
You grip your camera like it is a holy weapon.
You grip your own life like you grip the barbell — with god-mode force, zero hesitation, maximum love.
The threats will keep coming.
They always do.
Gravity will still try to pull you down.
Doubt will still whisper.
Chaos will still knock on your door at 3 a.m.
Good.
Let them come.
Every threat is an invitation to level up.
Every near-destruction is a chance to die to your old self and be reborn stronger, cleaner, more dangerous, more divine.
I am no longer trying to protect myself from the threats.
I am becoming the kind of man the threats cannot touch.
This is what it means to feel like GOD.
Not some distant deity on a cloud.
A living, breathing, lifting, creating, loving force in the flesh.
A man whose body is a temple, whose mind is a weapon, whose heart is wide open to every moment — no matter how hard, how beautiful, how terrifying.
The threats tried to destroy me.
Instead they made me me.
So I say it again, louder this time, with fire in my veins:
ANYTHING WHICH THREATENS TO DESTROY YOU ONLY MAKES YOU STRONGER.
Now stop waiting for the threats to stop.
They never will.
Instead, become so strong, so present, so full of god-mode vitality that the threats themselves start to look small.
Grip the bar.
Click the shutter.
Love your people with zero distraction.
Live in the eternal NOW like it is the only moment that has ever existed.
Because it is.
The forge is waiting.
The threats are already on their way.
Become stronger than all of them.
This is the way.
This is the path of the gods.
This is how you turn destruction into divinity.
I AM GOD.
And so are you — once you stop running from the threats and start thanking them for making you unbreakable.
Now go lift.
Go create.
Go live.
The threats are not coming to end you.
They are coming to reveal you.
Let them. 🔥💪🧡
